Atlanta Housing Report provides a complete monthly listing of zoning activity, subdivision approvals and permits for single and multi-family developments in the Metro Atlanta area (also produced in printed and electronic formats).

Building product manufacturers (suppliers) use the permits listed in this report to find active builders and developments that are potential sources for business.

Builders and developers use the zoning section of the Housing Report to locate property to purchase.  The subdivision approval section is used to gauge future lot supply and other developments "in the pipeline."
